1. The service and these terms

TN.TC brings together short links, QR codes, Box file sharing, websites, menus, creator profiles, messaging and Bell. Only features enabled in your account are available. A template, preview or roadmap does not promise that a feature is live. These terms cover our platform service; a creator’s product also has the seller and order terms shown before purchase.

FLOWTC LTD supplies the TN.TC service. Where a creator is the seller, that identity must be shown at checkout. We do not represent every creator as our employee, agent or endorsed professional.

2. Your account and access

You must be at least 18 to create and use a TN.TC account. Child/student accounts and school-authorised access are not offered in this version. An age declaration is not identity or age verification. Where there is a reasonable concern or report, we may restrict access and request proportionate verification. Report an underage account or child data to [email protected] with the relevant URL.

Provide accurate account details, protect your password and API keys, and use only accounts and content you are authorised to manage. You must have the legal capacity to enter the relevant contract. Paid selling requires an adult account holder or an authorised representative of a business, plus any required provider verification.

You are responsible for authorised team activity. Use access roles and revoke credentials when access is no longer needed. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse through the published support channel. We may request proportionate verification for sensitive changes or suspected abuse.

3. Your content remains yours

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence only to host, process, display and deliver it as needed to operate your chosen features, follow your sharing settings and meet legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use private files in advertising.

You must have the necessary copyright, image, music and privacy permissions. Publishing a profile, site or selected portfolio media makes that material available to its intended audience. Connecting a private Box file to another feature does not by itself authorise public access. Check permissions before publishing.

4. Links, Box and messages

PINs, expiry dates and access revocation restrict future access through TN.TC. They cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or prevent a recipient from recording their screen. Short-lived download links may remain valid until they expire. Box and Chat are separate services; sharing a file into a conversation does not share the whole Box. Every uploaded file is scanned for malware before it is published; if scanning is unavailable the upload is not accepted, and a file found to be harmful is not published and is quarantined.

Private access does not mean end-to-end encryption. Authorised operational access may be necessary for security, support, abuse handling or a valid legal request. We do not promise immunity from another platform’s moderation or link restrictions, and do not allow cloaking or deceptive redirects to evade those rules.

5. Plans and billing

Your membership screen and checkout show the applicable price, currency, billing interval, included limits and renewal terms. A paid plan does not remove stated storage, file-size or usage limits. Creator orders and creator earnings are separate from your TN.TC subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the terms shown at purchase. Access during a paid period, changes to a plan and any prorating must be disclosed before the change. App-store purchases are managed through the store’s subscription and refund facilities where applicable. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, send unsolicited bulk messages or circumvent access and payment controls. API access is subject to its scopes and rate limits; API keys do not authorise admin actions or payouts.

We may restrict particular content, links or accounts to investigate a credible complaint, prevent harm, comply with law or address a material breach. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to seek review. Urgent safety action may happen first.

7. Changes, outages and closure

We may maintain or improve the service and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Important changes to paid terms apply prospectively, with any cancellation rights required by law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or delivery by third-party networks. Keep independent copies of important files.

You can export your data and close your account in account settings. Closure stops access and publication immediately and deletes or anonymises your personal information as described in the Privacy Notice; transaction records needed for accounting and disputes are kept with personal free text removed. Suspension does not automatically decide ownership of money or extinguish valid refund claims.

8. Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for the service we supply and for obligations the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. We are not responsible for a creator’s independent promises merely because their page is hosted on TN.TC.

Contact us with the relevant link or order reference and a description of the issue; do not send passwords or full card details. English law applies to these platform terms, without taking away mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. We do not require consumers to waive those rights or accept compulsory private arbitration.

9. User content and hosting provider status

For pages, files, messages, offers and other content created by users, TN.TC acts as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651. We do not create, select or pre-screen this content; the user who publishes it is solely responsible for its lawfulness, for third-party rights and for compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy. To the extent permitted by law, TN.TC is not liable for damages or claims arising from user content, and the user agrees to hold TN.TC harmless against such claims. We may remove or restrict access to content reported or found to be unlawful within the periods set by law. For the security of the service and our legal obligations, message, file, offer and transaction records may be kept for a limited period after deletion and are shared only with the competent authorities upon a lawful request.

Advertising and sponsored content

TN.TC may introduce advertising or clearly identified sponsored content on public TN.TC pages, mini-sites and QR landing/interstitial pages. This does not authorise disclosure of private Box files, private messages or restricted content to advertisers. An expressly promised ad-free entitlement remains protected for the period you have paid for. Material changes will be notified where required, and mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to personalised advertising, third-party cookies or tracking; separate choices will be provided where required. Ads cannot be added retrospectively inside a downloaded QR image; this provision covers online pages served by TN.TC.

11. Managed profiles (Business)

An account on the Business plan ("Business") may create managed profiles that work as complete TN.TC accounts for other people, or take over the management of an existing account with that account owner's explicit consent given by email. In a managed profile, the Business and the team members it authorises see and manage chats and messages, Bell requests, sites, menus, products, orders and customer details, Box files, connected social media accounts, campaigns and statistics. Every action by team members is logged; the other side of a chat does not see who wrote a message. Payments from the profile's sales and Bell may be paid out to the Business owner's payout account; only the Business owner can add bank accounts, request payouts and change payment settings. Any fee, commission or revenue-sharing agreement between the Business and the profile owner is between them alone; TN.TC and FlowTC Ltd. are not a party to it and are not responsible for disputes arising from it. The person who opens the Business account takes on, once and explicitly for their own account, responsibility for opening and running accounts for other people when buying the Business plan (or, if the plan was given another way, before opening their first profile): getting those people's permission, everything they and their team do in those profiles, the content shared, the payments taken and any arrangement with those people are theirs alone. This acceptance is recorded with its version and time. The profile's password, email, two-step sign-in and the right to delete the account belong to the profile owner alone. The profile owner (in settings) and the Business (in its panel) may end the management at any time; the profile then continues independently with its own email, no content is deleted, and the profile returns to its own plan (or the free plan).

12. Social platform APIs and fair use

Posts, comment replies and automated messages on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and TikTok are made through those platforms’ official APIs using the TN.TC app. Each platform applies daily quotas per connected account and for the TN.TC app as a whole (for example, YouTube limits the number of uploads per project per day). These quotas are outside TN.TC’s control and may be changed by the platforms without notice.

So that everyone can use the service fairly, TN.TC applies technical limits such as daily post and automated-message limits per plan, hourly rate limits and the sharing of the app quota among users. Part of the shared capacity is held back as a safety margin. When a limit is reached an action may be refused, and scheduled posts may wait until capacity frees up; the panel shows this and how long to wait.

If follower numbers, campaigns or automation volume would consume the shared capacity at other users’ expense, or if spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or use against platform rules is detected, TN.TC may limit or stop that account’s social platform actions. TN.TC is not responsible for restrictions, account blocks or permission withdrawals applied by a platform itself.

API request allowances listed in plans cover only requests between the user’s own application and the TN.TC API; they do not include calls to social platforms, those platforms’ quotas or any delivery guarantee. A platform accepting an API call does not mean content was seen or a message was read or reached an inbox.
