Acceptable use
Rules that protect the people and work on TN.TC.
These documents describe the proposed launch terms. Paid creator products are not yet available. The final terms and working support channel will be published before live sales begin.

1. Prohibited activity
Do not use TN.TC for child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, threats, targeted harassment, hate or violence, fraud, phishing, malware, stolen credentials, infringement or other unlawful activity. Do not publish another person’s private information without authority. Adult sexual content is not supported for paid distribution under the current payment model.
2. Honest links and communication
Do not impersonate people or brands, falsify reviews or earnings, conceal a prohibited destination from a moderation system, or use redirects to evade another service’s enforcement. Do not send spam or purchase access to harass a recipient. A Bell payment never buys consent to abusive content or contact outside the agreed service.
3. Respect access boundaries
Do not bypass PINs, expiry, purchase access, quotas, API scopes or account restrictions. Do not collect credentials, scrape private information or interfere with service availability. Use only files you may share and only authorised recipients. Responsible security reports should avoid exposing user data or disrupting the service.
4. Reporting and review
Reports should identify the affected URL or resource, the issue and enough information to assess it. For a rights complaint, explain your authority and the work or person affected; avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. We may preserve relevant evidence, restrict access and seek clarification. Where lawful, affected users should receive a reason and an opportunity to request review. Malicious or knowingly false reports can themselves violate these rules.
Send a copyright notice to [email protected], subject “Copyright notice”, including the owner/representative name and contact information, the protected work or original URL, each infringing TN.TC URL, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act, and a signature (electronic is acceptable). Normal owner deletion does not exempt independently saved shared copies from legal review; related copies are included in the investigation.
For a mistaken removal, send a “Copyright appeal” with the removed URL, your reasons, contact and authority details. Necessary parts of notices and appeals may be shared with the other party. A US DMCA counter-notice also requires a statement under penalty of perjury about the mistake, consent to the competent federal court’s jurisdiction and service of process, and signature; statutory timeframes and notice of legal action apply to valid counter-notices. Repeated substantiated infringement may lead to account termination, with each incident and appeal reviewed. Publishing an email address does not mean a formal US Copyright Office agent registration has been made.
