Purchases, cancellations & refunds

What must be clear before payment, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Version 2026-10-10.1

These documents describe the proposed launch terms. Paid creator products are not yet available. The final terms and working support channel will be published before live sales begin.

  6. 6. Your local rights

1. Before you pay

Check who the seller is, what is included, the total amount and currency, any renewal, delivery timing, access period, licence and cancellation rules. Optional extras must be your choice. You must be able to correct an order before paying and receive a confirmation you can keep. A public preview is not the full paid product unless the offer says so.

2. Digital downloads, videos and courses

Where UK cancellation rules apply to immediately supplied digital content, starting supply during the cancellation period requires your express agreement and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the cancellation right, recorded in the order confirmation. Those choices must not be preselected or hidden inside general terms.

This does not remove remedies for content that is faulty, unavailable, not as described or otherwise fails applicable consumer standards. A blanket “no refunds” statement does not override those rights. A course combining live services and digital content may require different treatment for each part.

3. Services, bookings and Bell

The offer must state the service scope, timing and any valid rescheduling or cancellation rules. Starting a service during a cancellation period requires the appropriate request; any amount due on cancellation depends on the applicable law and work actually supplied.

Bell is a paid contact service with the reply commitment shown before payment. The order records the price and deadline. Provider acceptance, notification delivery, reading and a qualifying reply are distinct events. A missed promised reply must follow the stated refund flow; a failed vibration is not on its own the measure of service completion.

4. Memberships and recurring purchases

Before subscribing, review the billing interval, renewal amount, included benefits, minimum term and how to cancel. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal; whether access continues to the end of a paid period and any refund depend on the disclosed offer and applicable rights. Store-billed purchases use the relevant store’s management and refund process, without removing mandatory rights.

5. Report a problem

Keep the order confirmation and contact the identified seller about missing access, non-delivery or a mismatch with the offer. Include the order reference and a concise explanation, never passwords or full payment-card details. Platform faults and unresolved complaints can be raised with TN.TC through its published contact channel.

Approved refunds go through the original provider where possible. Timing depends on that provider and the buyer’s bank. A refund or reversed payment can end paid access, while records necessary to resolve the dispute may remain. Fraudulent chargebacks and evasion of access controls are prohibited, but making a genuine consumer complaint is not abuse.

6. Your local rights

The above does not replace mandatory rights in your country. Terms for Türkiye, the EEA and other supported markets must be checked before those sales are activated. This preview does not assert that UK cancellation exceptions automatically apply worldwide. No live payment is enabled merely by publishing this page.
