Creator & seller terms
Selling content or services, customer information, delivery and earnings.
These documents describe the proposed launch terms. Paid creator products are not yet available. The final terms and working support channel will be published before live sales begin.

1. Selling on TN.TC
These additional terms apply when an approved selling feature is enabled. The intended catalogue can include digital files, photo or video collections, courses, services with bookings, physical goods and recurring memberships. A supported product type is not permission to sell any category of goods. Paid services, physical goods and recurring memberships open for real payments only after the platform has confirmed provider support for that product type; regulated activities are not supported.
You are the seller unless an order expressly identifies a different contracting party. Your legal or trading identity, contact information and applicable tax details must be shown before purchase. Verification, supported payout country and payment-provider approval are prerequisites to receiving earnings.
2. Accurate offers
Describe what the buyer receives, format and compatibility, access duration, delivery time, allowed use, prerequisites, support, total price and any recurring charge. State course structure, membership renewal, booking timezone, cancellation or rescheduling rules and included revision rounds where relevant. Do not invent endorsements, outcomes, availability or scarcity.
Keep a record of the offer accepted by each buyer. Editing a listing does not reduce an existing buyer’s agreed rights. Publish only previews you are entitled to make public; paid originals stay behind purchase access checks.
3. Content and licences
You warrant that you have the rights needed to sell and deliver the content or service. Explain the buyer’s licence, including whether commercial use, editing or redistribution is allowed. Music, stock assets, performers and identifiable people may need separate permissions. UGC campaign usage rights, paid-ad use, duration and revisions belong in the specific agreement.
Do not upload illegal, exploitative, non-consensual or infringing material. Payment-provider restrictions can be narrower than what local law permits. Adult sexual content is not supported by the current payment-provider model.
4. Delivery and service promises
Deliver the agreed product and keep promised access available. For a course, identify included lessons and any release schedule. For a service or booking, agree scope, timing and cancellation terms. For Bell, the displayed price, qualifying reply and reply deadline form part of the order; a notification alone does not fulfil a promised reply.
Do not mark an order paid or completed merely because a customer returns from a checkout page. Verified provider events, actual delivery and the applicable order conditions determine access and earnings. TN.TC does not guarantee that a device will vibrate or that a recipient will see a message.
5. Fees, tax, refunds and payouts
Applicable fees, commissions, currency conversion and payout terms must be shown before activation; no platform commission is implied by this draft. Pending, available and paid earnings are different states. Refunds, disputes and provider reserves can delay or reduce available earnings. Earnings are not paid out automatically at present: payable amounts are recorded, and no payment is made until an approved provider and country arrangement is in place. We do not describe balances as escrow, insured deposits or guaranteed income.
You remain responsible for applicable seller tax registrations, reporting and invoices unless a specific written arrangement states otherwise. A provider calculating tax does not by itself mean that provider remits all tax for you. Available payout countries depend on the approved provider arrangement; a UK company does not automatically make Türkiye payouts available.
6. Customer information
Use buyer, lead and file-submitter information only for disclosed and lawful purposes. A purchase or quote request is not automatic permission for unrelated marketing. Provide your identity and privacy information, minimise fields and honour applicable access, deletion and marketing-withdrawal requests. Do not export contact lists to sell them or add them to a mailing list without a valid basis.
Separate optional marketing choices from required order information. Do not make a person accept marketing to receive what they purchased. Any processor arrangement with TN.TC must be settled before using the platform to collect customer data at scale.
7. Complaints and closure
Respond to genuine delivery, rights and refund complaints with relevant evidence. Statutory buyer rights override conflicting listing text. If selling is suspended, outstanding delivery and refund obligations remain. Account closure cannot be used to avoid a valid buyer claim; necessary transaction evidence may be retained in accordance with applicable law.
8. Creator profile and special membership
Apply in your own name or for a business you are authorised to represent, using accurate information. Approval, visibility, work offers and earnings are separate; a profile or paid/gift membership does not guarantee work or income. A time-limited creator membership granted by an administrator does not establish employment. If it expires without another active membership, Free allowances apply; premium content may be restricted until the relevant access is restored, rather than deleted.
Each project separately agrees its scope, delivery date, revisions, usage licence, price and cancellation terms. This general acceptance does not approve an unseen project price or transfer of intellectual property rights.
9. Payout requests, bank details and documents
For work collected through TN.TC, only earned amounts meeting the payment conditions can be requested for payout. Amounts awaiting refunds, disputes, verification or legal review are not available balances. FLOWTC LTD does not automatically become the debtor for work you arrange and settle outside the platform. The platform does not promise an escrow service or authorisation to transfer funds in every country.
Provide accurate account/IBAN, account holder, country and required documents for an account belonging to you or the contracting business. Wise may be used for bank payments to Türkiye; payment is not guaranteed before provider and country eligibility is confirmed. The amount, currency and known deductions are disclosed before payment; estimated bank, exchange or provider charges are identified as estimates. Receiving a payout request does not mean funds have been sent.
Your tax status, invoice or applicable exemption documentation and reporting obligations depend on your circumstances. The system does not grant automatic tax exemption; supply accurate, current documents when required. FLOWTC LTD retains agreement, transaction, document and payment evidence for its own accounting and legal obligations. This text does not waive mandatory withholding or statutory rights.
10. Electronic acceptance
By reaching the end of the document and selecting the explicit acceptance checkbox in your account, you express your intention to be bound by these terms. A copy of the accepted document, version, language, channel and server timestamp is retained as evidence and available in account data export. Scrolling is not conclusive proof that the text was read, and this process is not presented as a qualified electronic signature. An administrator cannot accept on your behalf. Where law requires special formalities or a separate signature, this acceptance alone does not replace them.
